We Ship all over this world!
When processing shipments we use a local courier or PostNL
As soon as the payment is received in our account, we will take care of a correct and fast shipment as soon as possible.
Please note: i-DEAL payment is only possible if you have a Dutch payment account!
You can also choose to transfer the amount yourself.
For payment from abroad you can always opt for a bank transfer and pay from our bank to our bank account. Our bank details can be found under customer service on our website.
Of course you can also choose Paypal, Bank Transfer or Bank Contact from abroad.
As soon as the amount has been received by us, you will receive the track and trace data from Volvo 340 parts by email. So from that moment on you can follow your package yourself. Shipping is possible for the Netherlands and abroad, both inside and outside the European Union (EU).
It is possible that you can not create an account because the Country or Region is not known in our webshop. Always inquire about the possibilities. This can be done simply by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping within the Netherlands:
- 0 - 15 kg> € 7.95
- 16-30 kg> € 10.95
- 31kg and heavier> shipping costs in consultation with Volvo 340 Parts.
The shipping rate for parcels up to 2 kg abroad differs per country. You can easily fill your shopping cart and calculate the shipping rates.
The shipping rate for packages outside the EU elsewhere in the world should always be contacted by us. We obviously ship worldwide. These shipping rates can always be obtained from us in consultation. By way of exception, Volvo 340 parts uses the following procedure.
Your item / item can ONLY qualify for the return policy provided you have received written permission from us. The buyer can only qualify for our return arrangement if you buy a replacement or other item from us. In that case, Volvo 340 parts will exceptionally answer you in writing in order to reach a solution.
Electronic parts are not eligible for warranty or return. These components are tested for functionality and functionality for a second time at all times before they are sent. In the unlikely event that you have received a part that does not work? Let us know immediately by telephone or in writing. Do not attempt to open the part or to repair it in any other way, as this will at any time take the right to a replacement part to lapse. In normal cases we will always do our utmost to find a solution in any way whatsoever.
We do not take back new item (s) if you do not buy a replacement item (s).
The wrongly ordered or delivered item must ALWAYS be returned to Volvo 340 parts at the expense of the buyer before Volvo 340 parts will send you a different or replacement item. If the part shows a trace of damage or breakage, you can no longer make use of our return arrangement. See also our general sales conditions.
In addition, we are forced at all times to charge shipping costs to the buyer for every new shipment!
MANCO NOTIFICATION / INCOMPLETE DELIVERY:
You must always notify us within 48 hours of an incomplete or partial delivery.
When this time has passed we can unfortunately do nothing with this since it is too long ago to be able to trace such an error.
